Jeannine Citoli

Co-Founder and Operations Director

Jeannie Citoli is the Co-Founder of Stickney Research and has worked alongside Warren Stickney since 1994. Since co-founding the firm in 1997, she has overseen both the long-term strategic direction and the day-to-day operations of the business.

When asked what she values most about her work, Jeannie says, “The clients.” She enjoys helping solve problems and believes every family has different needs. For that reason, she emphasizes customized financial strategies rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Jeannie believes strong teams are built through a combination of expertise and passion. She looks for people whose skills align naturally with their responsibilities. This philosophy extends beyond the staff. Stickney Research approaches client relationships as partnerships, which has led to many long-term relationships built on trust and shared goals.

Education remains central to Jeannie’s work. She believes both clients and employees benefit when they understand the strategies being used. Each year, Jeannie attends multiple industry forums and meets with leading investment firms to research new products and planning concepts that may serve clients well.

Jeannie is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). Her professional involvement reflects her commitment to maintaining high standards within the financial services industry.

Philanthropy is central to Jeannie’s work and personal life. She serves on the board of the Lipizzan Rescue Foundation and supports Bellevue LifeSpring’s holiday family adoption program. She also contributes to the MDRT Foundation’s global efforts and national charities including Habitat for Humanity, the Red Cross, and the Humane Society.

Outside of work, Jeannie enjoys riding her horses, gardening, and spending time on her farm in Oregon.
